Indigenous Place Names

CityStudio North Vancouver projects are created and shared on the unceded lands of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations. As a participant in a place-based learning experience, we encourage you to become familiar with the resources developed by Indigenous peoples who have cared for the land since time immemorial.
