Scenario 3

Your client, a rising folk-pop singer, hires you to design a website. You subcontract the content work out to a writer who has done publicity work before. Everything comes together very well until the site goes live, and the client gets an angry email from a fan/photographer whose picture from a concert was used on the site. The photo was supplied by the writer you hired.
